You are welcome to join Ralph Lloyd and Paul Watts in their marathon training program. It’s much easier to do distance work in a group, the more the merrier!!
The runs will gradually increase in distance week by week culminating in a final training run of 20 miles.

Friday February 15th : Meet at Rowing Club, 6.15 pm start - 10 miles

Sunday March 3rd ; Meet at Tesco Belmont car park, 9.00am start, - 14/15 Miles
