New Year Training

The first week of 2018 will see most runners either getting over the New Years Day 10k or the after effects of the festivities. So it will be a case of getting back into some easy running before stepping things up in the next few weeks. However, for the serious athletes, the hard work starts on Wednesday with your favourite session of 400s, having missed the planned pre-Xmas session because of the weather. Wednesdays club run is on the website and subsequent runs, together with all of the speed sessions up to the end of March, will be posted shortly. I will also, as promised, post 3 training plans for the next three months, for those planning a spring marathon, half marathon or 10k.

Happy running in 2018
