Our Wednesday evening club session looks like this up until Christmas - then a breather before the Couriers 10k just after Christmas.

Wed 24 Nov - speed session for all abilities 615 for 630 on the Track @Halo Leisure Centre

Wed 1 Dec Tempo session 615 - build up your strength and conditioning ready for the Ross XC - full details on the app

Wed 8 Dec back to the track to train those fast-twitch muscles - arrive 615 for a warm-up with a 630 start

Wed 15 Dec Club Run - a chance to run together as a club with runners of similar ability

Wed 22 Dec - final speed session of the year on the track before tucking into your mince pies
