We have been asked again by St Michael's Hospice if we will look after the water station on the Canon Pyon Road on Sunday 11th May for the Hereford Half. Mike would usually arrange but is still recovering in hospital after his accident. We need a small group of willing volunteers - the good news ins that the water station is quite close to the start!
