Well done to Danca who still dominates the women's league and to Steven who has taken up the number one slot in the men's table. Some really impressive running from all. Now that the season is in its final quarter we can really begin to see how people have progressed up and down the league. Keep at it. Next up Dorstone Dawdle this weekend followed by cross country next Wed. Thank you again to Steven for the data input.

Super 10 after 11 races - the race is on!

So now it begins to count. You need to run 10 of the 16 races to be within a chance of qualifying to be the Super 10 men's or women's champion. So far Dancas lead looks strong with almost a 100 point lead - but can she maintain the momentum. Paul continues to ignore everyone's advice and runs on through injury - but he's still at the top. Well done both. However, Steven is only 34 points adrift of Paul and could still catch him if he maintains form. Laura has work to do if she is to close the gap - but it's still possible! All to play for still.

Next up Abbeydore XC 24th June. Results here in our temporary dropbox link. The dropbox link is a temporary thing till we sort out the website glitch!

Danca's 8 race total sees her lead strengthening. Congrats to them both. Some impressive mid table battles - next up Wednesday evening's 5k !

Kinnersley Cross Country Results

A perfect evening for racing on Wednesday encouraged a record turnout of 53 runners from the club. As a result we start the season with a resounding first and second place in the summer league table.
Laura, Gintare and Danca led for the  women's team with Chris, Steven and Jim dipping under 35 minutes to take the men's team prize. Congratulations  of course to Eliot from Couriers for winning the overall race in style  - however the strength and spirit of team Wye Valley really shone through - well done all. Cotswold Relay Update

We have been appealing for weeks for runners to pay to secure places for this event but unfortunately while we have been waiting for payments from a third team the event has now closed.
The good news is that we have 2 mixed teams who have paid up and we will be in touch soon to confirm details
The lesson learnt here is we need early payment to avoid disappointment!!
